More than English

The program I'm participating in, PuebloIngles, literally means "English village" This is an English immersion experience for Spaniards in lush countryside of Spain in Cozorla, Jaen. They will house and feed me for a week and in exchange I promise not to speak any Spanish and engage in lively conversation with the students. I'm really excited. I've always wanted to teach English in another country, but since I'm not bilingual I've never really found an appropriate opportunity.

Kudos to you and congratulations! I wish I could come...maybe next time with more planning.
Do you have to speak Spanish to teach them?

No, you don't have to speak Spanish. That's the beauty of the program. You just have to be a native English speaker. You don't even have to be an America. Any native English speaker is qualified to apply for the program.
